According to TMZ, Usher knew exactly when to say when during a New Year's Eve party in Vegas -- right when his buddy Jamie Foxx tried to peer pressure him into taking a shot of booze on stage.
Though Jamie had no problem shooting his back (while fisting a bottle of Dom in the other hand),
I must say, "Fashion, Fashion, Fashion is my first passion!" My second passion would have to be indulging myself with Pop culture and of course, 'Celebrity gossip.'
