Well, Duh!
According to CW network spokesperson, "the move to Monday has given a dramatic boost to all of The CW comedies compared to their last two telecasts on Sunday night, according to preliminary … Nielsen ratings for Oct. 16."
The Chris Rock-created 'Chris' posted increases over its two Sunday airings by 75% in adults 18-34, 50% in women 18-34, 44% in adults 18-49, 23% in women 18-49 and 28% in viewers overall.
The Will Smith-produced 'All of Us' improved over its Sunday average by 56% in adults 18-34, 29% in women 18-34, 30% in adults 18-49, 31% in women 18-49 and 21% in viewers overall.
In it's seventh season, 'Girlfriends' delivered ratings growth of 33% in adults 18-34, 29% in women 18-34, 15% in adults 18-49, 18% in women 18-49 and 10% in viewers overall. The Kelsey Grammar-produced sitcom may be considered, by some, the black version of 'Sex & The City,' but Sunday nights is a no-no.
The CW network's newest black comedy 'The Game' scored gains over its previous two Sunday airings in all demos, including 17% in adults 18-34, 18% in women 18-34, 8% in adults 18-49 and 6% in women 18-49 overall.
