WHEN Sean Combs tires of "Diddy," the ever-nickname-changing hip-hop mogul might want to consider using "Diva." During a press conference yesterday, Diddy threw a hissy fit when reporters dared ask questions that didn't pertain to his upcoming album, reports the People Paper's Damon C. Williams. Williams was among print reporters warned by Diddy's publicists not to ask Diddy anything unrelated to the album. Diddy refused to address some reporters and videographers who broke his rules. At one point, reports Williams, Diddy cursed at one of his publicists, saying, "You ain''t doing your f---ing job." (See Page 33 for Williams' interview with Diddy.) The rapper/fashion mogul was given a proclamation by Mayor Street for his anti-violence efforts and also addressed students at Benjamin Franklin High.
During a commercial break of his morning interview with Q102's Booker show, Diddy aggressively demanded tea from an assistant. Eagles linebacker Dhani Jones, also in the studio, recommended his favorite tea to Diddy. Click Here to continue reading article.
