According to WJTV, the body of JSU student Latasha Norman has been found. A JPD officer says the 20-year-old's body was found on Brown Street in Jackson. Norman was last seen November 13th leaving a class on campus.
Stanley Cole has been arrested in connection with the death of JSU student Latasha Norman. Cole, who is Norman's former boyfriend, faces murder charges. Earlier today, police questioned her ex-boyfriend, Stanley Cole. He was picked up during a court appearance he had in Pearl this morning.
He faces simple assault charges for an alleged incident involving Norman that happened in October. In honor of Norman, Jackson State has canceled class for Friday, November 30.
