According to Ya Heard at SOHH reports, Shay (Z list celeb from Flavor of Love) is bragging to everyone that she is dating, Outkast member Andre - yep! Apparently, she annouced it on Satellite Radio yesterday.... I think she is confusing dating with a One-Night-Stand. lol... You best believe it!
I must say, "Fashion, Fashion, Fashion is my first passion!" My second passion would have to be indulging myself with Pop culture and of course, 'Celebrity gossip.'
