Former Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland is hoping to make it fourth time lucky with her new album "Ms. Kelly," after three unofficial releases failed to materialize. The album was initially slated to hit stores last summer but manager Matthew Knowles insisted he needed more time to "set up the project." The project will eventually be released almost a year later, in June (07). Rowland has already been given a major musical boost - the album's first single, "Like This," features rapper EVE.(Source)
