I usually admire Kelis for trying to be different from all the other R&B gals...But this oufit she wore to the, 'Out 100 Awards' is a complete fugly mess...And the shoes doesn't help much either.
I must say, "Fashion, Fashion, Fashion is my first passion!" My second passion would have to be indulging myself with Pop culture and of course, 'Celebrity gossip.'
