Jay-Z could be in legal trouble over the use of samples in his material.The rapper may face specific problems with his 2004 song 'Justify My Thug', in which he reportedly used samples without permission. He has been accused by music publishing company Bridgeport, who have been heavily involved in the legal problems of samples in the past. The company won a case two years ago, which means that all artists must pay for any samples they use in their songs. (Source)
