MC rocked an entourage of 50 people (take that, J.Lo!) and bought bottle after bottle of Dom Perignon while she chatted with friends from her VIP cabana. Later, after a few rounds of drinks, Mimi joined DJ Suss on the turntables while the crowd ate up every minute. The party lasted until 4 a.m. before the songstress bid farewell to her fans as only Mimi can do -- insincere air kisses.
