Busta Rhymes kicked me in the face, says teen
The teenager allegedly attacked by rapper Busta Rhymes has claimed the star kicked him in the face.
Roberto Lebron, 19, said the trouble started after he accidentally spat on Rhymes' luxury car as he rode up Manhattan's Sixth Avenue with his entourage.
The rapper, who has been charged with third-degree assault over the accusations, then allegedly confronted him. Lebron told the New York Post that Rhymes asked him: "Homie, did you just spit on my car?" "I said, 'Sorry, I didn't mean to'," the teenager continued."I said, 'We're big fans of yours'. And that's the last thing I said."Then one of his people hit me in the face, and I fell to the ground."Then, Lebron claimed, Rhymes joined in. "While I was on the ground, he was kicking me in the face," he told the New York Daily News. "I saw him kick me."Lebron claimed he was just spitting in the street at around 4am when Rhymes' Maybach happened to drive by.Police arrested Rhymes on Saturday night after his performance at the AmsterJam Music Festival on Randalls Island.He was arraigned on Sunday and is due back in court on October 24.
