Keyshia Cole regrets her decision to participate in a six-part docudrama about her life because it was too painful to relive memories from her traumatic childhood. She says, "I just wouldn't do it again." In the BET reality series 'Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is,' Cole visits her drug addicted mother in jail and recalls her hell in the foster care system and living on the streets. Cole adds, "The only reason I did the show was because I wanted people to know they could make it through."
