Chingy has been slapped with a lawsuit by a St. Louis man who claims that the rhyme-spitter breached a recording contract. According to the suit, Chingy allegedly broke a contract with plaintiff Ronald Gavin in order to sign with the hit-making producers the Track Starz, who subsequently landed the rapper a deal with Ludacris' Disturbing tha Peace label. Ronald is seeking $250,000 in damages.
