Bad Boy recording artist Babs Bunny, who was featured prominently in Diddy’s Making The Band 2 series on MTV, was arrested early Saturday morning (June 24) according to a statement from her publicist, Alyse Feldman.
After arriving home from a party she attended Friday night, Babs was confronted by two women, one of whom accused her of dancing and flirting with her boyfriend earlier that night.
Although Babs did not go outside to speak to either of the women, both of whom she knew, she later showed up at the accuser’s home to confront her about threats she allegedly made to Babs and her family. The woman then contacted police to report that a woman in a red hat had keyed her car and was making threats to her.
Babs was subsequently arrested and spent the night in a Brooklyn jail. Says Feldman, “The woman knew Babs was the one wearing the red hat, so of course she is going to say it was her. She wants Babs to pay for supposedly trying to steal her boyfriend. The charges are absolutely ridiculous!” A restraining order was issued against the former reality TV star and she is due in court this morning (June 26) to answer to the charges
