 Outkast Stars Feud Over Family Values
Outkast founders Big Boi and Andre 3000 have publicly fallen out over family values.
The two pals feuded during a recent interview for America's Entertainment Weekly after Oh Yeah! hitmaker Andre, real name Andre Benjamin, poked fun at his bandmate's cosy family life.
Benjamin, who has a nine-year-old son by ex-girlfriend Erykah Badu, has been vocal about his fears about love upsetting his creativity in past interviews and in the new Entertainment Weekly article, he digs at his devoted partner, stating, "The only time it (work) doesn't falter is if you're putting everything into your work and not paying attention to your wife."
But Big Boi, real name Antwan Patten - a father of three who is devoted to his wife Sherlita - takes offense, adding, "Dre knows my family, but he don't know the ins and outs of my personal life. So he can't comment on it." |
